H-Mart Seafood Udon Review

Hello everyone! A few months ago, I went to this huge H-Mart and they had this food court. They were selling varieties of cultural foods, from Japan and South Korea. They had this stand where they were selling udon and Japanese food. I decided to buy the seafood udon and test it out!

Overall, the udon was pretty delicious. It had a mixture of sweet, sour and salty. The udon noodles were amazing. It was soft, chewy, and easy to swallow. It's good for anyone who doesn't like hard noodles. The triangular fried fish balls were amazing. It felt as if it was melting in your mouth. The extravagant mixture of all sorts of flavour brought out the bowl of udon. Personally, I'm not a big fan of seafood, but this definitely did not have the fishy or seafood aftertaste you normally get. I rate this 8/10. I ordered Combo C and it included 6 rolls of a mixed variation of sashimi, tuna, and more. It also included a cup where you can get water from the water dispenser. The H-Mart I went to was at 9737 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 1V7. The stand I went to was named Tokyo Sushi.
