Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake!

Hello everyone! Today I will be doing a review on the famous Japanese cheesecake in Toronto! Uncle Tetsu's! I've been hearing and seeing posts on the internet about this cheesecake and people are going nuts for it! So I decided to put the ultimate taste test to it! The Japanese cheesecake was pretty cheap, it was only $10.00! Honestly, this was the softest and most delicious cheesecake I've ever eaten in my entire life. I took a bite and the moment it went into my mouth, it immediately melted as fast as a snowflake landing on the palm of my hand. It was so sweet and savoury, I couldn't resist the temptation to get back into the store to buy more. I ate it both hot and cold and the difference is only slightly noticeable. Eating it cold, made it more enjoyable. The texture and taste didn't change even after 4-5 days. The cheesecake is very fluffy and it's amazing because I'm not a very big fan of cheesecakes. You really couldn't taste the strong cheese flavour which I love! Rate:10/10
